Tooling & Vacuum Bagging Processing

Release Films
Release film is a thin plastic which has been treated so it won't bond to the laminate. It is highly stretchable so it can conform to complex geometries. This layer can be non-porous or porous material depending on whether or not resin bleed is necessary. The diameter and the spacing of the holes vary depending on the amount of resin bleed desired.
