Mold Max Silicone Rubber
- Mold Max Series - Mold Max silicone rubber has exceptional tear strength, library life and working properties. Mold Max silicone rubber will reproduce the finest detail and are suitable for a variety of industrial and art-related applications such as Prototypes, sculpture and Theatrical and Special Effects Mold. Thi-Vex can be used to thicken Mold Max products. Mold Max is available in Shore A 20 and Shore A 30 hardness. Note that an accurate gram scale is essential when using these products.
- Mold Max 60 - Mold Max
60 is a tin-cure silicone rubber that can resist heat up to
294 Degrees C. The silicone also has a low viscosity, making
it a good for accurately reproducing detail. When cured it
shows very low linear shrinkage. Mold Max 60 is ideal for foundry
pattern making and casting melt metal alloys such as tin and
pewter.
