CASTING AND MOULDING RELATED PRODUCTS - Fillers

RZ30150 - Trihydrated alumina. This white mineral filler is used to fill resins, improving their dimensional stability and reducing cost. Specific density is 1.7.

RZ 209/8 - Aluminium powder, mainly used to improve the thermal conductivity of vacuum forming moulds.

Metal Powders - Metal powders are used to create a metallic effect. This specially manufactured range of brass, copper, bronze, aluminum and silica carbide fillers can be used in Material One, polyester, epoxies and polyurethanes.

Ecka pellets - A range of aluminum pellets in 1, 12 & 35 mm in diameter.

RZ 320 Silica Carbide - Highly abrasion resistant filler. Used to give casting resins a harder surface aspect, such as required for foundry patterns.

A6 Sand - Silica sand to produce sandstone finishes.

Marble powder - A range of marble powders used with Material One.
